Mission Message

"It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring those ripples build a current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance." - Robert F. Kennedy

Five years after ARCHANGEL AIRBORNE formed to respond to a devastating earthquake in Haiti, we return in response to a devastating hurricane. In between we conducted twenty missions accomplishing all mission objectives with no loss of life or serious injury. We act to improve the lot of others. We act in support of those who find themselves--through no fault of their own--in extreme poverty and natural disaster, because 'there but for the grace of God go we.' So join us! Join this center of energy and daring, rendering transformative care and creating ripples of hope where they are desperately needed. What makes our humanitarian operations special? Come and see.

-Peter L. Sloan, Chairman
ARCHANGEL AIRBORNE Board of Strategic Service
